The newly-constructed studio apartment on the 2nd floor of The Junction community has vaulted ceilings, a well-appointed kitchen, scenic views, and a private balcony.

Each unit includes stainless steel appliances, a stacked in-unit washer and dryer, access to our onsite fitness center, a community courtyard with BBQ and firepit, and one assigned off-street parking spot.

All utilities, including internet access, are included with the monthly rent

    • The Junction is a pet-friendly property limited to one pet per unit. Dogs must be under 25lbs and all residents are required to complete a pet screening with their application.
